What is XRgigs?
XRgigs is a peer-to-peer network for artists, developers, and those offering projects and jobs in AR and VR. Find a job position, an internship, or an open source project to build skills and your portfolio.
This is a community of support and appreciation of those in the burgeoning 3D XR world. It covers everything from modeling and animation to film and prototyping, all the facets of immersive production. It’s been built on the premise that the community is currently fragmented, making it difficult for those offering projects to find those who can realize them.

Are you an XR artist/developer or someone getting their toes wet in this area? You are definitely in the right place! Start on the home page in the “NEEDED” box on the right side. Let the options take it from there.
Is this a job board?
In part, yes. You may find available part-time and full-time jobs, contracts, internships, and open source projects you may build upon.
Is it for large/commercial projects?
In some cases, yes. But it is also for prototyping and building creative personal XR projects.
Is XRgigs free?
XRgigs is totally free for everyone to post and message others. If you would like to give your (need or offer) post greater visibility, you can pay for a promo spot on the home page or newsletter.
How do I edit my profile?
After you’ve logged in click on the round profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Now you are on your profile page. Look for the gray “Edit” button, this will take you to an editable profile page.
I am an XR artist/developer/project owner. How do I post my offering?
From the home page, on the left side, there is a box called OFFERED. Start there. Begin by providing the category of the product or services you offer and click “GO” to complete the details of your offering and post your listing.
I am an XR artist/developer/project owner. I posted my offering, what happens next?
Next, your listing with automatically be posted in the system and may be searched. There is a “MESSAGE” button on your profile and on your listing so that people may contact you anytime to get more information and take you up on that offer!
How do I edit my OFFER or NEED post?
To edit your post, simply navigate to your post via your profile page. Once you are there, look for the gray “Edit” button which will take you to a screen to edit your post.
Can I change my NEEDED account to an OFFERED account or vice versa?
No, you don’t need to do that. Your account supports both NEED and OFFER postings, so you can list both.
Can I promote on the XRgigs website or newsletter or make a donation?
Indeed you can.
